Tillered Cloud
A fully managed control plane for deploying and operating Tillered nodes in internet-connected environments.
Overview
Tillered Cloud provides a hosted control plane for deploying and managing Tillered nodes across internet-connected environments. Infrastructure is provisioned using pre-built virtual machine images and managed centrally through the Tillered Hub.
Tillered Cloud is designed for organisations that want rapid deployment and centralised management without operating their own control plane.
Key capabilities
- Managed via
hub.tillered.com - Pre-built VM images for supported cloud platforms
- Secure node registration and lifecycle management
- Centralised configuration and upgrades
- Operator-driven management (no unattended automation)
Architecture
In Tillered Cloud, the control plane is hosted and operated by Tillered. Nodes deployed in customer environments connect to the Tillered Hub for management and coordination.
- Centralised management and visibility
- Rapid deployment using pre-built images
- Reduced operational overhead
- Requires internet connectivity
Deployment workflow
A typical Tillered Cloud deployment follows a simple, repeatable workflow:
- Create an organisation and environment in the Tillered Hub
- Deploy Tillered VM images in supported cloud platforms
- Register nodes securely with the Hub
- Apply configuration and network policies centrally
- Operate and monitor the system via the Hub or API
Who this is for
